shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • The Lower 48 States: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING FOR THE LOWER 48 on all sweatshirt and T-shirt orders.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and distance.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and Shipping Issues In the event that your apparel arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a fast and satisfactory solution.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns We have a [30-day] return policy, which means you have [30] days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your sweatshirts or T-shirts must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs  Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the right size or style is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than [15] business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
